  6. ½ tsp sugar
  7. 1 piece Onions chopped
  8. 2 tablespoons flour 
  9. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Complement:
  1. 100 grams of boiled broccoli
  2. 100 grams of boiled carrots cut into matchsticks
  3. French fries fried


How to Make Meat Steak Padded:
  1. First of all make the sauce, heat the margarine and then enter chopped onion until fragrant. Then add the flour mix well. Put broth, ketchup, BBQ sauce, black pepper, nutmeg, salt and sugar and stir until blended. Cook until boiling and thickened, thickens when it is shut down.
